  • All new students must complete a New Student Questionnaire. This will be sent to you once your booking has been received.

  • Refunds (for class and course bookings) and extensions to class passes will be made only in the event of the teacher cancelling classes or in exceptional circumstance (e.g. serious health issues or life-changing events).

  • Classes/courses may be cancelled if fewer than six people sign up. If a class/course has to be cancelled you will normally be notified at least 24 hours in advance and offered a choice of refund, credit or pass extension.

  • There is a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy for bookings. You can cancel/reschedule your booking any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time. The class will be refunded in the form of credit to your existing class pass.

  • Please note that single class drop-ins are valid for only one week, so cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Before purchasing a class pass, please ensure that you will be able to attend all the sessions within the valid period and check the booking system for available space in the class(es) of your choice.

  • It is recommended that you book yourself in for all the sessions in your class pass at the time of purchase in order to secure your place, as you can always reschedule later in the event that you are unable to attend a booked class.

  • You can book yourself into classes up to three months in advance, and right up until the scheduled class time.
