Over the Summer I’ll be offering occasional Drop-In classes on an ad hoc basis. Make sure to sign up to the newsletter to be kept in the loop!

Pre-booking essential. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the teacher cancels the class or at the discretion of the teacher in the case of serious, unexpected life circumstances.

    Get anytime access to a growing collection of high quality pre-recorded Somatic yoga and Somatics classes. Classes range from full length (75-90 mins) to shorter, bite-size practices (15 - 45 mins). New items added every month.

    These classes are suitable for anyone who has completed the Foundations course or has a good grounding in the basics of a yoga practice.

  • SOMatics Summer Drop In

    Wednedays 6 August

    6 - 7.15pm

    Great Dunham Village Hall

    This class is suitable for all, even those with no prior experience. You must be able to lie on the floor on your front, back and side (with padding if needed) and be able to get up and down from the floor unaided.
